Employment is provided by the Sangram to the self-employed youth so that the youth of the rural areas can learn the skill of their hands and improve their economic status and develop livelihoods. For this, computer training, parlor training and sewing training is provided through the institution. This kind of training program is being organized by the institution from 2013, in which about 200 youth have been trained. In which 40 youths are engaged in self-employment typing, studio and many other responses.

Parlor

This training is available only for the girls and women. For this training, we include 20 applications or those in the selection process, who have studied up to Class 10 and they are between 16 and 40 years. In this program, we work on two aspects, developing the ability to speak and giving 360 hours training based on topics, develop them as a skilled caretaker, so that after learning, take initiative for self-employment by them and could run his livelihood. So far, we have trained more than 150 women and adolescents in this program, in which more than 50 women are employed and profitable from Rs 10000 to Rs 30,000.

Stitch

Stitching clothes is an important work of the village especially women have a great attachment to it. That's why this training is available only for women. In this training, we include those women who have studied up to 5th standard or have a Buddhist knowledge, for which we have to choose women from the age group of 16 to 40 Accepting them and preparing them for 180 hours as a skilled dress maker, so that they can start work of cotton shilai in the village and run their livelihood. Under this training program, we have trained more than 100 women in which more than 30 women are self-employed. Other women prepare their own clothes.

Computer Training

Computer training program has become an ego of today's time. It is necessary for every section of the young and old age of the child. Under this program, we provide basic computer courses for the youth from 12 years to 30 years, so that they with a need, you can do some small business and improve your financial condition. For this, we join the person who has knowledge of English above 5 and a little more. Those who have 180 hours of computer training are also required to develop their abilities. By now, more than 200 children and youth have attained this training by our place and many government offices, along with their personal work can be easily done efficiently. Can do it.

In this training, we include the youth and women of the rural areas of the age group of 20 to 40 years and motivate them to employ them by employing them for ten hours training so that they can start their own employment.
